Effecting change, no matter how small can often feel overwhelming.

COURSE ONE - Anti-racism - What's the low down?
Know your power: Many of those who paved the way for change and fought for equal rights alongside Dr Martin Luther King during the Civil Rights movement were white allies.
At the end of this in-depth training, you will ultimately learn how to be a better ally. You will be able to understand, identify, confidently talk about and intervene to address white privilege and its consequences in your social circles, relationships and in the workplace. Feel better equipped to confront injustices and feel empowered to be part of the change you want to see in the world, rather than ashamed or embarrassed of your ancestors legacy.
During this course, we will overview what white privilege is, the history of white privilege and black communities and its firm relationship with racism. We will explore the power of white privilege in parenting, business, society, and relationships. Its links to patriarchy and feminism - and its impact on our current socio-political climate.
COURSE TWO - Diversity in business course - what's the low-down?
The diversity in business
course has been designed to complete within 12 weeks or as long as 6 months to fit around your current workload.
Our socio-political climate is changing and now has never been a more appropriate time to future-proof your business by discovering the opportunity diversity brings by prioritising it. When society is fragmented, not only does this have a direct impact on business and the economy, but also on the human experience.
So many businesses continue to get diversity wrong and this is having a huge impact on brand credibility and a knock-on effect on sales. Avoid being one of them in this intensive online course.
The diversity in business course will cover everything from diversity and why it matters, to tokenism and how to avoid it, language, how to better appeal to and create inclusive spaces for people in minority groups without capitalising. It also includes bonus modules on subconscious bias and how to overcome common barriers and more.
